1) How do I buy videos?

Browse the videos and click on the thumbnail image of the one you want. Once you are at the video you want to purchase, select the appropriate file format. Agree to the Terms and Conditions by checking the box and then clicking continue. Select your payment method. Review your order. Enter your billing information and then click "purchase". Once the transaction is complete, you can download your videos.

2) Who can upload a video?

Any person 18 years of age and older who owns the copyright of the content of the videos or has permission from the copyright owner may upload videos. You must agree to the terms and conditions before you can upload any content. The Video Load™.com assumes no liability for persons committing false representation of any content.

3) How do I upload a video?

Go to upload video and follow the easy step by step instructions.

4) What is the maximum file size for uploading content?

50MB.

5) What file format is required to upload my content?

You can upload Mpeg, Windows Media, .AVI or Quick Time file formats.

6) Does the content have to be downloaded in the same format it was uploaded?

Right now you must upload and download in the same format. We are working so that you can upload and download in different formats. Upload the video in as many formats as possible so that it will be available for sale in all of the uploaded formats.

7) What is the maximum number of videos I can upload?

Content owners can upload any number of videos they choose. However, you can only upload one video at a time. Also, we reserve the right to refuse any upload if it violates our terms and conditions.

8) How long can my video be?

Videos must be between three to fifteen minutes in length.

9) How do I add any background or other information about the video I am uploading?

When you click "Upload Videos", you will be taken through several steps for uploading the video. You can complete video titles, artists, etc. information at that time.

10) I uploaded my video. How long will it take before it's accepted to be on your site?

Once you submit your video, we will send you an email to let you know it's been received. The Video Load™.com makes every effort to get videos online and available for purchase as soon as possible. However, it may take up to 24 hours to ensure your video meets technical requirements and the content is appropriate for our site. You will receive an additional email when your video is online for purchasing.

11) Where can I download my videos?

You can download and save your videos to your computer and then transfer them to your portable media player (iPod, PSP, mobile phones, etc.)

12) If I download videos to my computer, what software can I use to view them?

QuickTime provides a free download for its stand alone player. Windows Media Player also provides a free download of its player. However, most computers come with a video media player. Check your computer documentation to determine which video media is on your computer.

13) My video is on VHS. Can I mail it?

Sorry, but we're only accepting content either uploaded to our server or sent on CD-R/or CD-RW disks. YOU MUST ALSO CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE YOU SEND ANYTHING. We have to send you an agreement that we must receive with your content. If you send content without a signed agreement, it will be discarded.

14) My video is on your website. Can I have a link to my website on the page about my video?

Not at this time.

15) How and when do I get paid?

The Video Load pays your PayPal account immediately each time someone downloads your content. Refer to PayPal terms and conditions to determine when and how you can access your funds in your PayPal account.

16) How much do I earn per video sold?

You earn a percentage of every video sold according to the terms and conditions of The Video Load™.com. Before you can upload a video, you must agree to the terms and conditions for use of this website.

17) Do I still own the copyright of my video if it's accepted on your website?

Yes. You retain your rights to your content.

18) Can I upload or purchase videos containing adult material?

The Video Load™.com will not accept any materials with gratuitous sexual and/or violent activities or illegal acts. We reserve the right to refuse any video for any reason.

19) What is a Video Ringtone?

A video ringtone is a video that plays when you have an incoming call on your mobile phone. A video ringtone is similar to an audio ringtone. The audio ringtone plays sound when you have an incoming call. The video ringtone plays a video with sound.

20) How will I know if my phone can play a video or a Video Ringtone?

Mobile Videos and video ringtones will play on most phones that support .3gp files.
